Chamber of Commerce Office to Get Equipment Makeover Thanks to OTF Grant
Art student, Gillian McLaren, unveiled a series of beautiful murals during the Garden Town Celebration. The murals are to be displayed around Iroquois Falls. Gillian was hired by the I.F. Chamber of Commerce under the James Bay Frontier student program and has also been in partnership with the Beautification Committee.

HISTORY FLASHBACK
In 1972, the Iroquois Falls & District Chamber of Commerce received an award for the outstanding contribution to the development of Tourism in the community. Then President, John Buchan accepted the award in London. The Chamber was recognized for the organization of the Pulp and Paper Path tours in conjunction with Abitibi Paper Company Limited.
