"MANY HANDS MAKE LIGHT WORK"

The committee has identified the following project objectives:

Annual Spring Municipal Clean-Up

  • The "Pitch In Campaign" have obtained all the necessary tools required for the clean up as well as having contacted all the schools, individuals, churches, and businesses, to have them pick up complimentary refuse bags at the Jus Jordan Sports-Complex.

  • Community volunteers will clean the streets and Public Works will pick up the filled bags.

  • The Municipal Public Works will be picking up larger items around the end of April.  (A flyer will be sent in the mail.)

  • After these tasks are completed, they will be looking at old buildings, garbage cans, flowers, lights etc.  This is an on going project for Iroquois Falls.

This project is the spontaneous and cooperative result of the above groups. We thank everyone for their enthusiastic support and the dedication required to provide and sustain the success of this invaluable effort.
